CONTACTLESS SIGN IN/OUT - Contactless Sign In/Out

Modernise the way you manage Site Induction, Site Visitors, Contractors & Staff on site.

Contactless Sign In Options

Sign in/out kiosks are used by visitors, contractors, and/or employees to sign into and out of your site. They are self-serve kiosks that give those people coming on-site the ability to provide the information required by your organization without assistance from an employee.

However you sign in, there’s an option for you.

Touchless Kiosk

Employees, contractors, and visitors can sign in or out using a touchless kiosk.

A touchless kiosk has all the same functionality as a sign in/out kiosk, except it becomes touchless by displaying a QR code on the home screen.

Benefits include:

  • Hygienic, touchless sign in
  • No app download required – the QR code opens in the browser of the guest’s smartphone
  • Print badge passes for visitors
  • Ask custom sign in/out questions
  • Photo capture
  • Available in multi-language

  • No hardware or app required
  • Place at every entry and exit point in your facility
  • Great for inter-zone

Manual Sign In

Personnel who have permission to logon can manually sign in or out of a location. They can change their status to:

  • On-site
  • Working remotely
  • Off-site

Welcome Screen

Use the banner and welcome screen on your kiosk to communicate policies to everyone on-site e.g. “All visitors must use hand sanitizer before entering.”

Notification

Notify visitors of your policies in advance. Pre-register visitors and send a notification detailing any essential information e.g. “If you’ve experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days, please reschedule your visit.”

Acknowledgment Notices

Ask everyone entering your site to agree to your policies using acknowledgment notices.

Receive Alerts

Notify the right people if some-one attempts to sign in outside of your policy.

QR Code Scanning

Turn your kiosk to touchless mode or print QR code posters to display at each access point. Visitors, service providers and employees simply scan the code to sign in from their smartphone’s browser.

Our Mobile App

Reduce the number of touch points – ask employees and service providers to sign in using their smartphone with our mobile app. Go completely hands free with the auto sign-in/out feature.

Maintain Physical Distancing.

Set maximum occupancy rules
Prevent overcrowding and limit the number of people permitted on-site by setting a maximum occupancy. When the maximum is reached, any further attempts to sign in will fail.

Device Options

Ipad

iPad

An iPad kiosk is the most common set up for sign in/out kiosks.

We suggest using an iPad Air or iPad Pro running on the most recent operating system.

Using an iPad, you can print visitor labels on wireless printers connected through Wi-Fi, and scan QR codes using the built-in iPad camera or barcodes and QR codes using a scanner connected through Bluetooth. There are also many stand options for iPad kiosks.

Install our App to start signing people in or out with your iPad.

Tablet

A tablet gives you further flexibility on your choices of hardware while keeping a tablet-sized touchscreen kiosk. Our Management Software runs on any Windows 10+ device on a range of browsers.

We suggest using a Windows Surface Pro or Surface 3+.

You can use a range of printers, scan QR codes using the built-in tablet camera, and scan both barcodes and QR codes using any plug and play scanner. You can also use an RFID reader to read access control cards.

Computer

A desktop computer allows your visitors to use your kiosk on a larger screen with a keyboard and mouse. This is a more user-friendly setup for sites with users less familiar with touchscreen technology.

You can use any desktop or laptop running Windows 8 or above, but we recommend using a newer model running Windows 10 to ensure a smooth workflow.
